间充质干细胞(MSCs)是一种非造血组织的多能干细胞,具有自我更新和多向分化的潜能,在机体组织再生和炎症控制的过程中发挥关键作用。其中,以MSCs为基础的治疗,其疗效至少部分取决于对所需细胞部位的特定归巢。然而,最近许多研究发现MSCs对不同组织的归巢特性存在差异,在一定程度上影响了MSCs发挥治疗作用。因此本文对MSCs在骨髓、脾和淋巴结、肠、心脏、肿瘤、多脏器的归巢现象和治疗作用、归巢的影响因素以及体内示踪技术进行了综述。
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are non-hematopoietic pluripotent stem cells that have the potential for self-renewal and multidirectional differentiation and play a key role in tissue regeneration and inflammation control. Among them, MSCs-based therapies whose efficacy depends at least in part on the specific homing to the desired cell site. However, many recent studies have found that MSCs have different homing characteristics in different tissues, which may affect the therapeutic effect of MSCs to a certain extent. Therefore, this review summarizes the homing phenomenon and therapeutic effect of MSCs in bone marrow, spleen, lymph nodes, intestine, heart, tumor, multiple organs and the influencing factors of homing as well as in vivo tracing techniques.
