高校纠纷解决机制的建构逻辑涵盖范式、角色和规范三向维度。其范式逻辑的构建,应诉求高校内部自治型的多元化解纷机制;其角色逻辑的构建,应淡化解纷机制中裁判者的压制者角色;其规范逻辑的构建,应扭转当前过度偏向高校职权的规范设置局面,有效配置面向学生权利规范的数量比例。
The Construction Logic of Dispute Settlement Mechanism in Colleges and Universities Contains Paradigm, Role and Normative Three-Dimensional Dimensions. The construction of its paradigm logic should appeal to the pluralistic system of dispute resolution in the autonomy of institutions of higher learning. The construction of its role logic should weaken the role of the opponent of the arbiter in the dispute resolution system. The construction of its normative logic should reverse the current over-emphasis on the authority of colleges and universities The norms set the situation, the effective allocation of students for the right to regulate the proportion of the number.
