目的研究帕屈磷酸钠对W256肿瘤引起大鼠骨溶解作用的影响。方法除正常组以外,每鼠右后肢胫骨上端骨旁肌肉内注入0.2mlW256瘤细胞悬液(4×106个瘤细胞),d12可引起大鼠局部骨组织溶解、破坏及血钙和钙排泄增加等变化。结果帕屈磷酸钠(APD,7.5、15与30mg·kg-1),一次性尾静脉注射对W256性溶骨大鼠的血钙和尿钙升高以及骨矿含量的降低均有明显的防治作用,经POS型显微光密度仪对鼠股骨和胫骨X光片扫描分析的结果表明,APD(30mg·kg-1)对W256引起的大鼠骨密度降低也有明显的防治作用。结论帕屈磷酸钠对W256引起的大鼠溶骨及并发症具有良好的防治作用。
