近年来内窥镜鼻窦外科发展迅速 ,并应用于颅底外科。自 1 989年 Papay等 [1]首次报道应用鼻腔内窥镜经筛窦和蝶窦修补脑脊液鼻漏以来 ,国内外相继开展 [2～ 5]。 1 997年～ 1 998年 1 2月作者用该方法修补脑脊液鼻鼻漏 5例 ,获得了满意效果 ,报道如下。1　资料与方法1 .1　临床 In recent years, endoscopic sinus surgery has developed rapidly, and applied to skull base surgery. Since the first report by Papay et al [1] in 1989, nasal endoscopy has been used to repair cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea through the ethmoid sinus and sphenoid sinus [2] and [5]. From 1997 to January 1998, the authors used this method to repair 5 cases of nasal leakage of cerebrospinal fluid, with satisfactory results reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical
