伴随电气自动化应用的逐渐广泛,其控制设备的可靠性变得至关重要。在上个世纪70年代,我国便已经创建了电子产品可靠性和环境试验研究所,从而开创了可靠性增长研究的先河。随后又创建了全国统一性的电子产品可靠性交换网,同时颁布了GJB299-87《电子设备可靠性预计手册》,有力地推进了我国电气自动化控制设备可靠性研究工作。
With the increasing use of electrical automation, the reliability of control equipment becomes crucial. In the 1970s, China established the Institute of Reliability and Environmental Testing of Electronic Products, thereby creating a precedent for the study of reliability growth. And then created a unified national electronic product reliability exchange network, promulgated GJB299-87 “electronic equipment reliability prediction manual”, effectively promoted the reliability of our country electric automation control equipment research work.
