在自由鍛锤上进行胎模鍛造,是提高自由鍛錘生产能力,节約金属材料的有效方法。这种方法在各厂已經用得很普遍了。但它同模鍛比较起来,加热次数和金属材料的損耗都嫌多了。自从全国开展铸鍛优質高产評比竞赛以来,广大鍛工已經注意到这个問題,并且把它当作技术革新的主要目标之一。于是在这方面各地涌现山許多有成效的經驗,其中值得提出的是胎模鍛生产一火化的經驗。很多工厂还开展了“一火化”运动,取得了良好的成績。我們認为:从减少火攻入手,相应地改进操作工艺,改善劳动組織,是进一步提高自由鍛錘生产能力,节約金属材料和燃料,提高爐子加热能力的途径。为了交流这方面的經驗,本刊本期集中地介绍一些厂的一火化生产的經驗,供大家参考。
Forging forging on a free forging hammer is an effective method for improving the production capacity of free forging hammers and saving metal materials. This method has been used widely in various plants. But compared with die forging, the number of heating and the loss of metal materials are all too much. Since the competition for casting and forging high-quality, high-yield competitions across the country, the majority of forging workers have taken note of this issue and considered it as one of the major goals of technological innovation. Thus, in this area, there have been many fruitful experiences in the mountains. Among them, it is worth mentioning that the experience of the cremation of the tire die forging production. Many factories also carried out the “Criminalization” campaign and achieved good results. We believe that starting from reducing fires, improving operating techniques and improving labor organization are ways to further increase the production capacity of free forging hammers, save metal materials and fuels, and increase the heating capacity of furnaces.
