目的通过临床样本调研分析助产士职业压力。方法以该市助产士为样本进行综合性分析,通过问卷调查的形式对所有人员各项基本从业能力的执行能力进行专业分析,以此完成对职业压力上的综合因素解析。结果在职助产士的职业压力得分为(3.45±1.56)分,而其不同环境下的压力分析得分为个人从业压力得分为(3.86±1.21)分,护理的管理压力得分为(3.21±1.26)分,产妇家属之间的压力得分为(2.82±1.63)分。结论就现代助产士的职业压力情况来看,其主要表达在了中等偏上水平,其收入属稳定行列,其工作任务就是为母婴服务,在现代的服务管理中,应加强其日常的工作作为,并通过工作质量上的提升,从而降低在职业劳动中的自我压力。
Objective To analyze the occupational stress of midwives through clinical sample investigation. Methods Based on the comprehensive analysis of the midwives in the city, we conducted a professional analysis on the executive ability of all the basic practitioners in the form of a questionnaire to complete the comprehensive analysis of occupational stress. Results The occupational stress scores of working midwives were (3.45 ± 1.56) points, while the scores of stress analysis under different environments were (3.86 ± 1.21) for individual occupational stress and (3.21 ± 1.26) for nursing care. The pressure between maternal relatives was (2.82 ± 1.63) points. Conclusion With regard to the occupational stress of modern midwives, the main expression of the midwife is in the middle-upper level. The income of the midwife is a stable one. Its task is to serve the mother and child. In the modern service management, the daily work should be strengthened. , And through the improvement of the quality of work, thereby reducing self-pressure in occupational work.
