目的探讨系统化培训方法在提高新护士服务质量中的作用。方法采用区组随机分组法,将研究对象分为实验组和对照组,对两组新护士的无菌采血时间、体检客户的疼痛程度、体检客户的满意程度以及科干对她们的考核评分进行比较。结果实验组的各项满意度评分均明显高于对照组;无菌采血时间明显短于对照组,无菌采血后体检人员的疼痛评分明显低于对照组;实验组与对照组相比,在沟通能力、协调能力、执行能力、工作表现考核评分均明显更高。结论体检中心新护士经系统化培训,对护理服务质量的提升具有显著效果。
Objective To explore the role of systematic training in improving the service quality of new nurses. Methods Randomized grouping method was used to divide the subjects into the experimental group and the control group. The aseptic blood sampling time, the degree of pain of the examining clients, the degree of satisfaction of the clients and the examination scores of the new nurses Compare Results The satisfaction scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The time of aseptic blood collection was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The pain score of the medical staff after aseptic blood collection was significantly lower than that of the control group. Communication ability, coordination ability, executive ability, work performance assessment scores were significantly higher. Conclusion The systematic training of new nurses in the medical examination center has a significant effect on the quality of nursing services.
