学校发展是教师发展的动力和保证,只有学校的发展,才会有教师充分、主动的发展。教师是学校发展的主体,教师的发展会进一步推进学校的可持续发展。为此,我校在促进教师发展上努力做好三个方面的工作:一、让教师拥有职业幸福感任何关爱,只有通过人的传递,才显得真切、动人。教师是在整个校园生活中具有主导地位的群体,让他们始终处于奋发进取、富有活力的状态,就能潜移默化地影响学生。所以,我们要让教师获得职业幸福感,这种幸福感是责任感、成就感和幸福
School development is the driving force and guarantee for teachers’ development. Only by the development of schools can there be sufficient and active development of teachers. Teachers are the mainstay of school development. The development of teachers will further promote the sustainable development of schools. To this end, our school in promoting the development of teachers to work hard to do three aspects: First, to let teachers have any love of professional well-being, and only through the transfer of people, it seems real and touching. Teachers are the dominant groups in the entire campus life. They are able to exert subtle influence on their students in such a way that they are always motivated and energetic.
