了解和掌握苗木根系吸收矿物质养分和水分最活跃的区域,以及根系在土壤中分布的规律,对于培育优质苗木和制訂一系列的育苗丰产技术措施具有重大意义。1956—1959年我們連续四年对河南主要树种苗木根系进行了調查研究工作。调查研究的树种计有:侧柏、柳树、花椒、檜柏、美杨、毛白杨、臭椿、栓皮櫟、洋槐、泡桐等30余种。调查研究的方法以形态調查法为主,輔之以根系的重量調查法和示踪原子法。
It is of great significance to understand and master the nutrient absorption zone and the most active water area in root system of seedlings and the regular distribution of root system in the soil, which is of great significance for nurturing high quality nursery stock and developing a series of high-yielding technical measures. From 1956 to 1959, we conducted a survey on the root system of the main tree species in Henan Province for four consecutive years. There are more than 30 species of arborvitae, willow, pepper, cypress, poplar, poplar, Ailanthus altissima, cork oak, acacia and paulownia. The methods of investigation and study are mainly morphological survey method, supplemented by root weight survey method and tracer atomic method.
