通过对钻孔灌注桩拔桩的理论与现场试验研究,总结了拔桩过程中底部素砼桩难以取出,喷水喷气装置泥沙堵塞和拔桩对周围土体的扰动等问题,并提出了相应的解决方法。通过几种拔桩方法对比,发现利用振动锤打入钢制套管套住桩体,然后对有钢筋笼的钻孔桩体用吊车拔除,再对残留在底部的素砼桩体用底部带封底装置的钢制套管套取的双套管法效果较好,且较为经济,并成功应用在东西通道洋泾港老桥钻孔灌注桩拔桩工程中。
