顺铂是常用的抗肿瘤药,常引起恶心、呕吐等胃肠道反应。我科1995年1月～1997年3月采用地西泮(安定)、甲氧氯普胺(胃复安)防治含顺铂的化疗所致呕吐,疗效满意,报告以下:1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料 恶性肿瘤病人56例,男37例,女19例,年龄23岁～78岁。病例及化疗方案:肺癌16例,VP方案;鼻咽癌22例,FBP方案;食管癌7例,FBP方案;结肠癌9例,FMP方案;睾丸癌2例,PVB方案。以上化疗均>2个疗程,有些曾多次化疗。顺铂用法:生理盐水50ml加顺铂30mg,静注,1次/d,连用5d。
Cisplatin is a commonly used anti-tumor drug and often causes gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea and vomiting. In our department from January 1995 to March 1997, diazepam (andramet) and metoclopramide (Metoclopramide) were used to prevent and treat vomiting caused by chemotherapy with cisplatin. The results were satisfactory. The following data were reported: 1 Materials and methods 1.1 General Information 56 patients with malignant tumors, 37 males and 19 females, aged 23 to 78 years old. Cases and chemotherapy: 16 cases of lung cancer, VP program; 22 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, FBP program; 7 cases of esophageal cancer, FBP program; 9 cases of colon cancer, FMP program; 2 cases of testicular cancer, PVB program. All of the above chemotherapy were more than 2 courses of chemotherapy, and some of them had repeated chemotherapy. Cisplatin usage: normal saline 50ml plus cisplatin 30mg, intravenous injection, 1 / d, used 5d.
