本文通过对上海市某医科大学附属综合性医院1645名卫技人员的现况调查,从年龄、学历、职称、从事专业和人员流失5个方面进行了综合分析。研究结果表明:该院十分重视对重点学科梯队的建设,人才结构较为年轻,总体上人员学历构成趋于合理,但卫生人力在数量、素质上仍存在着断层,卫生技术人员流失严重、进修培训不足,护理专业人员馈乏等,这应引起卫生部门的高度重视。
This article through a survey of the status of 1,645 health workers in a general hospital attached to a medical university in Shanghai, conducted a comprehensive analysis from five aspects: age, education, job title, professional and personnel loss. The research results show that the institute attaches great importance to the construction of key disciplines and echelon structure. The structure of talents is relatively young. Generally speaking, the composition of personnel education tends to be reasonable. However, there are still faults in the quantity and quality of health workforce, serious loss of health technicians, and further training. Inadequacies, lack of nursing professionals, and so on, this should cause the health sector to attach great importance.
