用CARIMA模型描述液压挤压机柱塞行进速度与节流阀驱动步进电机控制脉冲之间的关系,采用广义预测控制(GPC)算法控制挤压速度,使其跟踪速度引导曲线以实现模拟等温挤压。仿真实验表明,采用GPC算法能使挤压速度精确跟踪设定曲线,并能有效抑制对象参数时变、突加恒值干扰及随机干扰的影响
The CARIMA model was used to describe the relationship between the travel speed of the hydraulic extruder plunger and the control pulse of the stepping motor driven by the throttle valve. The generalized predictive control (GPC) algorithm was used to control the extrusion speed so that it tracked the speed leading curve to achieve the simulated isothermal extrusion. The simulation results show that the GPC algorithm can accurately track the setting speed of the extrusion speed, and can effectively suppress the influence of time-varying, sudden and constant value of the object parameter and random disturbance
