目的了解全国采供血机构在血液加工制备过程中因质量问题而导致的血液报废情况。方法采用问卷调查辅以电话核实的方式,对全国的354家采供血机构在血液加工制备过程中的报废情况进行回顾性调查和分析。结果在加工制备过程中血液报废最主要的原因是脂肪血,2012-2014年脂肪血总体报废率为2.523%。其它血液报废原因如血袋破损、溶血、纤维蛋白析出、特殊抗体也各占一定比例,但均少于1%。结论各采供血机构应仔细分析加工制备环节血液报废的原因,加强质量管理,采取有效措施,降低血液报废率。
Objective To understand the situation of blood scrapping caused by quality problems in blood processing and preparation of blood collection and delivery agencies across the country. Methods A questionnaire survey supplemented by telephone verification was conducted to retrospectively survey and analyze the obsolescence of 354 blood collection and delivery agencies across the country in the process of blood processing and preparation. Results The main reason of blood scrap in the process of preparation and processing was fat blood. The overall fat loss rate in 2012-2014 was 2.523%. Other causes of blood waste such as blood bag damage, hemolysis, fibrin precipitation, special antibodies also each account for a certain percentage, but less than 1%. Conclusion The blood collection and supply organizations should carefully analyze the causes of blood scrap in the process of preparation and production, strengthen quality control and take effective measures to reduce the blood scrap rate.
