用甜菜西方黄化病毒(BWYV)免疫的鼠系RBF╱Dn得到了两个可分泌BWYV专化抗体的杂种瘤克隆;用BWYV和马铃薯卷叶病毒(PLRV)共同免疫的另一鼠系(BALB╱C)得到了17个与BWYV和PLRV表现阳性的种瘤以及1个对两种病毒都有表位反应的杂种瘤。用挑选出的对BWYV或PLRV有专化表现的单克隆抗体进行酶联免疫的吸附测试(ELISA法),从而检测黄化病毒株系和分离物。甜菜轻性黄化病毒(BMYV)、芜菁黄化病毒(TuMV)和大麦黄矮病毒(BYDV)的RPV株系等的分离物经检测与BWYV的血清关系很近;而茄黄化病毒(SYV)和其它4种来自马铃薯的分离物被鉴定为PLRV。本试验所有的单克隆抗体与健康植株样品呈阴性反应。
Two rodent clones secreting BWYV-specific antibodies were obtained from the RBF ndn in mouse lines immunized with beet western yellow virus (BWYV); another inbred clones co-immunized with BWYV and potato leafroll virus (PLRV) (BALB / C) obtained 17 germs that were positive for BWYV and PLRV and 1 hybridoma that had epitopes on both viruses. The selected avidin-specific monoclonal antibodies to BWYV or PLRV were tested for enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect yellow virus strains and isolates. Isolates of RPV strains such as beetle virulent yellow virus (BMYV), turnip yellowing virus (TuMV) and barley yellow dwarf virus (BYDV) were found to be closely related to serum of BWYV; SYV) and four other isolates from potato were identified as PLRV. All of the monoclonal antibodies in this test were negative for healthy plant samples.
