山东某金矿企业采用氰化提金的方法生产黄金,在生产过程中产生大量的氰化尾渣。氰化尾渣属于矿山副产物,合理的利用能产生一定经济和环境效益。本文以此氰化尾渣为原料,采用一定的工艺流程,回收氰化尾渣中有价值的铜矿物。氰化尾渣经过旋流器脱水预处理,并且使用无机盐C-02和六偏磷酸钠作为矿浆调整剂,减弱氰根和细泥对有价矿物产生的不利影响。在此基础上,采用铜铅混合浮选-浮选精矿超声分离的上艺流程,最终得到总回收率为79.00%,品位为13.07%的铜精矿,为其他类似的尾渣提供了一定参考价值。
A gold mining enterprise in Shandong uses gold cyanide to produce gold and produces a large amount of cyanide tailings in the production process. Cyanidation tailings are mine by-products, and reasonable utilization can produce certain economic and environmental benefits. In this paper, cyanide tailings as raw material, using a certain process, recovery of cyanide tailings valuable copper minerals. Cyanidation tailings are pre-treated by hydrocyclone dewatering and inorganic salts C-02 and sodium hexametaphosphate are used as slurry regulators to weaken the adverse effects of cyanide and silt on the valuable minerals. On this basis, using the copper-lead mixed flotation - flotation concentrate ultrasonic separation process, the final recovery rate of 79.00%, grade 13.07% of the copper concentrate, for other similar tailings provides a certain Reference value.
