我厂多年来一直是选锡,锡精矿经自然脱水后采用磅秤计量,然后将全部精矿拌匀用插筒插取化学分析试料。1966年开始选铅,采用重浮联合流程。1970年开始处理硫化矿,采取优先浮选铜后,重选回收钨、锡、铋的流程。由于铜、铅精矿产率大,浮选精矿自然脱水困难,如果继续使用磅秤计量,不但需要大量劳动力,而且不能及时准确的反映职工劳动成果。因此我们选用了矿浆计量取样田进行精矿计量取样,使这一问题得到较为园满的解决。
