目的测定、分析某制氧厂空压车间噪声治理前后噪声强度,了解该车间噪声危害状况,评价噪声治理的效果,为同类设备的噪声预防控制提供科学依据。方法用精密脉冲声级计测定A声级,用分数倍频程滤波器进行频谱分析。结果频谱分析该噪声为高频噪声,治理后各测定点的噪声强度均有所降低,高频段声压级降低最显著。结论安装吸声罩后降噪效果明显,吸声罩内的吸声材料符合预期效果。
Objective To determine and analyze the noise intensity before and after noise control in an aerobic plant, understand the noise hazard status of the workshop, evaluate the effect of noise control, and provide a scientific basis for noise prevention and control of similar equipment. Methods A sound level was measured with a precision pulse sound level meter and fractional octave band filter was used for spectrum analysis. Results Spectrum analysis The noise is high-frequency noise. After treatment, the noise intensity at each measurement point is reduced and the sound pressure level in the high-frequency band is reduced most significantly. Conclusion The noise reduction effect is obvious after installing the sound absorption cover, and the sound absorption material in the sound absorption cover conforms to the expected effect.
