很多研究显示青光眼和高眼压患者的闪光视网膜电流图(F-ERG)通常是正常的,而其图形视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)和图形视网膜电流图(P-ERG)则可发生异常,特别是晚期青光眼。Marx等用青光眼的猴眼进行研究,发现在眼压升高后2周,视乳头完全正常时,用较低的空间频率刺激,P-ERG 和P-VEP 出现异常。上述研究均采用白/黑颜色刺激,而青光眼常合并有色觉功能障碍。本研究的目的是为了了解在彩色图形刺激下,青光眼和高眼压P-VEP 的变化。
Many studies have shown that flash-light retinal current pattern (F-ERG) is usually normal in patients with glaucoma and ocular hypertension, and abnormalities of P-VEP and P-ERG, Especially late glaucoma.
