本文利用高温插销应力松弛试验对国产和日本生产的3.5%Ni钢板进行了再热裂纹“C”型曲线、再热裂纹临界断裂初应力、应力松弛功的测定。并与BHW38、BHW35和Wel-Ten62CF等压力容器用钢的有关数据作了比较。试验表明,用较大的初应力,经较长时间的应力松弛也测不出3.5%Ni钢的“C”型曲线;在较宽的焊后热处理范围内,选用超过粗晶区高温屈服强度的初应力也未测出3.5%Ni钢的临界断裂初应力;在3.5%Ni钢的应力松弛试验中,因施加初应力而储存于插销中的弹性应变能,基本上消耗于插销缺口周围及其附近金属的蠕变变形。结果表明,国产和日产的3.5%Ni钢在焊后热处理过程中,不会发生脆化,也不会出现再热裂纹。
In this paper, the high temperature pin stress relaxation test of domestic and Japan 3.5% Ni steel plate reheat crack “C” curve, reheat cracking critical stress, stress relaxation work.
