图1所示的薄板,是大型立式车床静压装置中的一个零件,材料为弹簧钢65Mn。因此,如何防止工件变形、保证加工质量,是加工中的一个难题。经过长期摸索,取得了较为理想的效果,简介如下: 1.刨削夹具:为了减少工件变形,在加工两平面时,采用图2所示的夹具。使用时,将工件放在夹具之中,调节好侧面夹板上的螺钉,再把夹具装在平面钳内,待侧夹板受力后即可装夹好工件,两平面加工到厚度1.8mm,(其中1mm为磨削余量),粗糙度Ra6.3(▽4)
