目的研制盐酸丁咯地尔缓释片,进行了体外释放度试验,并对其释药影响因素进行了考察。方法以羟丙基甲基纤维素和丙烯酸树脂为骨架材料,EC乙醇溶液作为粘合剂,湿法制粒压片,HPMC包衣。结果低粘度的HPMC K100LV缓释片释药速度较快,而高粘度的HPMC K4M、K15M、K100M均有良好的缓释作用,且这三种骨架片之间的释药速率差别不大。压片力对骨架片的释药影响无显著差异。结论凝胶骨架片的释药情况与HPMC的粘度有一定关系。自行研制的缓释片缓释效果良好。
OBJECTIVE To prepare buflomedil hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and in vitro release test, and to investigate the influencing factors of drug release. Methods Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and acrylic resin were used as matrix materials and EC ethanol solution was used as binder to wet granulation and HPMC coating. Results The low viscosity HPMC K100LV sustained-release tablets released faster, while the high-viscosity HPMC K4M, K15M, K100M had a good sustained-release effect, and the release rate between the three matrix tablets little difference. Tablet force on the release of matrix tablets no significant difference. Conclusion The release of gel matrix tablets has some relationship with the viscosity of HPMC. Sustained-release tablets developed by themselves sustained-release effect is good.
