在工矿自动化远程控制通信中,一部分通信结构采用的RS485总线方式。但是由于控制系统各异,通信协议不同,这些不同的RS485通信线路很难融合起来。因此,提出了一种RS485穿透以太网技术。它以以太网线路为基础,在不破坏已有RS485通信方式结构的基础下,把原有RS485通信线路融合起来,既避免了多条线路同时存在,又可实现基于IP的无地域的访问。
In industrial and mining automation remote control communication, part of the communication structure using RS485 bus. However, due to different control systems and different communication protocols, these different RS485 communication lines are difficult to integrate. Therefore, an RS485 penetration Ethernet technology is proposed. It based on Ethernet lines, without breaking the existing RS485 communication based on the structure of the basis of the original RS485 communication lines together, both to avoid multiple lines exist at the same time, but also to achieve IP-based non-geographic access.
