一、前言SYT-18型双机液压凿岩台车（以下简称台车），适用于断面3.6—6.5米~2有轨运输的平巷掘进，是当前国内比较先进的坑探凿岩设备。台车投产使用以来的实际表明，其性能可靠，只要使用操作和维护保养得当，则很少发生事故。台车钻凿爆破眼，由装岩机配梭式矿车出碴和机车牵引运输，可以实现坑下掘进中凿、装、运、卸工序的综合机械化作业，较理想地解决了机掘坑探中存在的繁重体力劳动和凿岩效率低的难题。它能减缩劳动组织，简化操作过程，从而显著提高凿岩效率，使机掘施工实现文明生产。但是，台车绝大部分动作是液压传动的。在工作过程中由14个油缸、一个油马达完成30个动作，工作频繁。实践证明，台车是“三车一机”中操作难度大、维修要求高，必须具有相当操作技术、熟悉操作规程、掌握操
I. INTRODUCTION SYT-18 double hydraulic rock drill rig (hereinafter referred to as trolley) is applicable to the roadway excavation with 3.6-6.5 meters to 2 meters of rail transit.
