在弱碱条件下,利用硫酸链霉素能抑制碱性品红和亚硫酸盐褪色反应的原理,联用顺序注射技术建立自动快测硫酸链霉素的新方法。通过计算机程序设计,优化顺序注射的各种参数及试剂的浓度,在最佳实验条件下,测得硫酸链霉素在(5.49×10~(-6)~4.12×10~(-5))mol/L范围内线性关系良好,检出限为3.77×10~(-6)mol/L,进样频率为52/h。该法适用于快测兽用硫酸链霉素的批量,回收率在98.3%~102.4%之间。
Under mild alkaline conditions, the principle of using streptomycin sulphate to inhibit the fading reaction of basic fuchsine and sulfite was developed. A new method of automatic rapid determination of streptomycin sulfate was established by sequential injection technique. Through computer program design, optimize the parameters of sequential injection and the concentration of reagent, under the optimal experimental conditions, the concentration of streptomycin sulfate in (5.49 × 10 -6 ~ 4.12 × 10 -5) The linearity was good with the detection limit of 3.77 × 10 ~ (-6) mol / L and the injection frequency of 52 / h. The method is suitable for the quick detection of animals with streptomycin sulfate batch, the recovery was between 98.3% ~ 102.4%.
