目的对局部通风系统在焊装生产过程中除尘效果进行探讨。方法通过对武汉市某汽车公司关于局部通风设备监测结果的分析,找出局部通风设备对该厂的除尘效果是否有效。结果通过对通风设备监测结果的分析,对PF2前端作业场所选取5个工位,70个样品数据统计分析,t值分别为-1.279、-0.184、-2.310、0.958、0.786,均P>0.05,说明两组数据差异无统计学意义,证明风机开启和不开启状态下作业场所粉尘浓度没有明显差异。该通风设备没有起到很好的除尘效果。结论局部通风罩设计的是否合理对整个通风系统的影响较大。
Objective To discuss the dust removal effect of partial ventilation system in welding and welding process. Methods Based on the analysis of monitoring results of local ventilation equipment of a certain automobile company in Wuhan City, find out whether the local ventilation equipment is effective for the dust removal effect of the plant. Results Through the analysis of ventilation equipment monitoring results, the data of 5 stations and 70 samples in the PF2 front-end work site were selected and statistically analyzed. The t values were -1.279, -0.184, -2.310, 0.958 and 0.866, respectively, all P> 0.05, Indicating no significant difference between the two groups of data to prove that the fan is not open and open the workplace dust concentration there is no significant difference. The ventilation equipment did not play a good dust removal effect. Conclusion The design of local ventilation hood is reasonable and has great influence on the whole ventilation system.
