笔者全面、深入地分析了我国人才资源的现状,并在此基础上,借鉴发达国家人才资源开发的经验,提出了我国人才资源开发的对策措施。当前我国经济发展迅速,市场竞争日益激烈,个人在企业实现自己战略目标的过程中成为关键因素,人力资源管理扮演着越来越重要的角色。新的形势下,我国中小企业面临着前所未有的挑战,加强人力资源管理是其得以生存并长期稳定发展的必要措施。
Based on this, the author analyzes the current situation of human resources in our country comprehensively and deeply, and draws lessons from the experience of human resources development in developed countries and puts forward countermeasures for the development of human resources in our country. At present, China’s economy is developing rapidly and the market is becoming more and more competitive. Individuals have become the key factor in the process of realizing their own strategic goals. Human resource management plays an increasingly important role. Under the new situation, SMEs in our country are facing unprecedented challenges. Strengthening human resources management is a necessary measure for their survival and long-term stable development.
