本文针对基于PC机的温度数据采集系统,从系统本身及外界干扰两方面分析了可导致数据采集误差和系统运行不稳定性的重要因素,并给出了相应的解决方案;自动跟踪零点漂移,可变采样周期,采样信号的非线性补偿,软件数字滤波,设置定时监视器(watchingdog)等,实践证明,这些措施可有效地提高系统的抗干扰及稳定性。
In this paper, based on the PC-based temperature data acquisition system, from the system itself and the outside world interference analysis of two factors that can lead to data collection errors and system instability, and gives the corresponding solutions; automatic tracking zero drift, Variable sampling period, non-linear compensation of sampled signals, software digital filtering, watchingdog and so on. Practice has proved that these measures can effectively improve the anti-interference and stability of the system.
