对历年参加国培的初中英语教师进行了调查,分析了国培学员训前的校本研究能力现状,并对国培学员进行跟踪调查,分析了学员训后校本研究面临困境,讨论了国培初中英语教师校本研究能力的重要性,提出了对国培初中英语教师从学员自身、课程设置、任务考核以及训后联合教研、合作研究等校本研究能力的培养模式。对后期增强国培效果和培养国培初中英语教师的校本研究能力有一定的指导作用。
This paper investigates the junior high school English teachers who participated in the national training over the years and analyzes the present situation of the school-based research ability of the former students in Guopei and tracing the students in Guopei and tracing the predicament of the school-based study after the training of students. The importance of English teachers ’ability of school-based research is put forward. The training model of junior high school English teachers in Guopai is based on the students’ own ability, curriculum establishment, task assessment, post-training joint teaching and research, cooperative research and other school-based research capabilities. It is helpful to improve the effect of national training in the later period and to develop the school-based research ability of junior high school English teachers in Guopai.
