从碎绿茶与提取茶多酚后的废渣中分离出三种茶叶多糖(TP):TP-1、TP-2、TP-3。经醋酸纤维薄膜电泳表明三种TP都是均一多糖。其水解液经高效液相色谱与纸层析分析,确知它们的单糖组分与百分含量比。
Three kinds of tea polysaccharides (TP) were isolated from the residue of the broken green tea and the extracted tea polyphenols: TP-1, TP-2, and TP-3. Acetate membrane electrophoresis showed that all three TPs were homogeneous polysaccharides. The hydrolysate was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography and paper chromatography, and the ratio of monosaccharide components to their percentages was ascertained.
