把研究图书馆电子资源绩效多指标综合评价的方法归纳为运筹学方法、不确定性系统研究方法、统计分析法和其他方法,对上述各种方法进行详细的分析和评价,并剖析每种方法的优缺点。为了保证多指标综合评价的客观准确性,提出在进行电子资源绩效评价实践中应根据被评价电子资源的实际情况,完善现有多指标综合评价方法,并灵活多变地采用“组合评价”或“分层评价”方法。
