用高压气相色谱-质量分析法,检测了链脲菌素糖尿病大鼠发病后肾小球内葡葡糖,山梨醇,果糖含量,并同时测量体重,24小时尿量,24小时尿蛋白含量、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)及血糖。结果表明,糖尿病大鼠4周组处于临床糖尿病肾病发病前状态,而糖尿病大鼠12周组已达到临床糖尿病肾病阶段,此两组糖尿病大鼠肾小球内葡萄糖、山梨醇、果糖含量均明显高于各自正常对照组,整个山梨醇途径处于代谢亢进状态。而随着糖尿病肾病的发展,糖尿病大鼠肾小球内在葡萄糖明显增高状态下,而山梨醇含量与糖尿病肾病发病前阶段相比呈下降趋势,果糖含量则无明显变化,提示在糖尿病状态下,肾小球内山梨醇代谢途径的异常变化与糖尿病肾病的发病及进展密切相关。
