目的探讨保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏对老年糖尿病合并阴道炎患者疗效及生命质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月于辽宁省黑山县妇幼保健院就诊的98例老年糖尿病合并阴道炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各49例。所有患者均采用常规皮下注射胰岛素治疗,同时对照组患者行雌激素软膏治疗,观察组患者则在对照组基础上采用保妇康栓进行治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、生命质量及阴道症状评分。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.35,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的阴道炎性症状评分明显低于对照组,阴道健康状况评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者躯体疼痛、生理功能、社会功能、心理健康、情感职能、生理职能、活力、总体健康评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对老年糖尿病合并阴道炎患者采用保妇康栓联合雌激素软膏治疗可显著提高效果,并有利于改善患者生命质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of Baofukang Suppository combined with estrogen ointment on the efficacy and quality of life of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with vaginitis. Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and vaginitis from January 2015 to January 2016 in Heishan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Liaoning Province were enrolled in this study. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table example. All patients were treated with conventional subcutaneous insulin injection, while patients in the control group were treated with estrogen ointment. Patients in the observation group were treated with Baofukang suppository on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, quality of life and vaginal symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (χ ~ 2 = 4.35, P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of vaginal inflammatory symptoms in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group Vaginal health status score was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05); after treatment, the observation group patients with somatic pain, physical function, social function, mental health, emotional function, physical function, vitality, overall Health scores were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and vaginitis using Baofukang Suppository combined with estrogen ointment can significantly improve the results, and help to improve the quality of life of patients.
