牙槽骨的吸收是根尖囊肿的特征性表现之一,骨吸收同破骨细胞的成熟密切相关。研究认为破骨细胞来源于血液中的单核巨噬细胞前体,根尖囊肿发生时这种前体细胞的特征趋化物来自骨细胞,骨基质、局部微血管内皮细胞。本文作者曾在囊壁中观察到大量类破骨细胞前体细胞。本研究的目的是探讨根尖囊肿的囊壁是否同破骨细胞的趋化有关。
Alveolar bone absorption is one of the characteristic manifestations of apical cysts, bone resorption and osteoclast maturation are closely related. Studies suggest that osteoclasts originate from monocyte-derived macrophage precursors in blood. The characteristic chemotaxis of such precursor cells when apical cysts occur is from bone cells, bone matrix, and local capillary endothelial cells. The authors observed a large number of osteoclast precursor cells in the cystic wall. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the apical cyst wall is related to the chemotaxis of osteoclasts.
