目的:分析并研究紫杉醇联合白令胶囊对Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者ER、MMP-9、肿瘤标志物及性激素的影响,从而为乳腺癌的临床诊断、治疗以及预后判断等方面提供新的参考与指导。方法:依据组织病理诊断结果共选取98例Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者并随机分为2组,对照组(n=49)给予常规化疗治疗措施+紫杉醇,研究组(n=49)给予常规化疗治疗措施+紫杉醇、白令胶囊联合治疗;比较两组患者性激素以及雌激素受体(ER)客观表达情况,两组患者肿瘤标志物(血清癌胚抗原CEA)升高程度,两组患者基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达情况的差异,从而综合判断紫杉醇联合白令胶囊对Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者性激素、ER、CEA、MMP-9等指标的影响。结果:研究组患者ER阳性率42.9%显著低于对照组的67.3%,闭经率36.7%显著低于对照组的71.4%;研究组患者治疗后血清癌胚抗原CEA平均含量显著降低,阳性率10.2%明显低于对照组32.7%;研究组患者癌组织中MMP-9阳性率为8.2%,显著低于对照组的53.1%,各项指标差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:紫杉醇联合白令胶囊治疗组能够明显的降低ER、CEA、MMP-9的表达,显著提高治疗有效率,值得临床推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and study the effect of paclitaxel combined with Bering capsule on ER, MMP-9, tumor markers and sex hormones in patients with stage Ⅲ breast cancer so as to provide new reference and guidance for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of breast cancer . Methods: A total of 98 patients with stage Ⅲ breast cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n = 49) received conventional chemotherapy plus paclitaxel. The study group (n = 49) received routine chemotherapy treatment + Paclitaxel and bailing capsule. The objective expression of sex hormones and estrogen receptor (ER) was compared between the two groups. The levels of tumor markers (serum carcinoembryonic antigen CEA) were increased in both groups. The levels of matrix metalloproteinase - 9 (MMP-9) expression in patients with stage Ⅲ breast cancer so as to evaluate the effect of paclitaxel combined with Bering capsule on the levels of sex hormones, ER, CEA and MMP-9 in patients with stage Ⅲ breast cancer. Results: The ER positive rate in study group was significantly lower than that in control group (42.9%, 67.3%, 36.7%, 71.4%, respectively). The average CEA level in study group was significantly lower than that in control group % In the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group (32.7%). The positive rate of MMP-9 in the study group was 8.2%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (53.1%, P <0.05). Conclusion: Paclitaxel combined with Bailing capsule can significantly reduce the expression of ER, CEA and MMP-9, significantly improve the treatment efficiency, which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
