目前我国油气管道的规格日趋大型化,清管作业所需的清管器和检测器等设备也随之变大。设备大型化导致清管作业时设备具有巨大的惯性,因而对清管作业的精确控制提出了更高的要求。为避免大型清管器撞击盲板造成损伤甚至发生安全事故的风险,通过对现有多种缓冲器进行方案对比,结合实际工况需求,研制出适用于快开盲板的清管器缓冲装置,其最大特点是撞击后不反弹。性能评估表明:所研制的缓冲装置安全便捷,最大程度地降低了盲板所受损伤,提高了盲板的使用寿命和安全性能。
