自1987年5月～12月,我们应用自行研制的“KDE I 型”体外震波碎石机治疗上泌尿系结石患者200例,取得满意疗效,总碎石率达99.5%。一般于治疗后2天即可开始排石;治疗后一月,162/200例(96%)患者X 线腹部平片可见结石碎片影消失。该机治疗并发症轻微。本文对病例的筛选,并发症的预防、治疗,以及影响碎石的因素均进行了讨论。
From May to December 1987, we applied our own “KDE I” extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy machine to treat 200 cases of upper urinary calculi, with satisfactory curative effect. The total broken rate was 99.5%. Usually 2 days after treatment can begin row of stone; January after treatment, 162/200 patients (96%) X-ray abdominal plain film showed lithotripsy disappeared. The machine treatment of minor complications. This article on the screening of cases, prevention and treatment of complications, and the factors that affect the gravel are discussed.
