The thermal characteristics of geological processes are a central part of structural physics. The thermal state of the lithosphere is also included in the study of earth sciences and other disciplines, such as seismology, petrology, geochemistry and volcanology. This report seeks to underline their internal links in the tectonic plates and other geodynamic processes. First, the thermal processes at the boundaries of the plate are proposed, including the stretching of the middle back and rift, the transformation faults and the convergence zone of the plate. The thermal processes inside the plate are then discussed, mainly around the vertical land-forming movement that causes basin formation and plateau uplift , As well as hot activities that show up as hot spots; and finally, each has a different history of the evolution of the earth
