引入形状因子,分析了金属橡胶材料毛坯的尺寸对成型后金属橡胶节流元件内部微观孔隙分布的影响.用定量金相分析仪获得了圆柱形金属橡胶节流元件沿轴向不同截面的金相显微照片,采用定量立体法求得不同截面上的孔隙度的分布情况.逐渐改变毛坯的尺寸,通过曲线回归和计算,得到了制备圆柱形金属橡胶节流元件的最佳形状因子,进而求得毛坯尺寸和成型后样件的尺寸之间关系的理论计算公式.
