目的观察放射介入治疗产后及异常妊娠子宫出血的效果。方法选择2015年4月—2016年4月收治的异常妊娠及产后子宫出血妇女患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组采用宫腔水囊压迫法进行治疗,观察组采用放射介入治疗。对比两组疗效,治疗前后白细胞介素1(Interleukin-1,IL-1)、白细胞介素8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)、白细胞介素25(Interleukin-25,IL-25)、丙二醇(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)水平,并记录两组发生的并发症。计量资料比较采用t检验,计数资料比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果对照组总有效率60.0%,观察组93.3%,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组IL-1(4.4±0.8)pg/ml、IL-8(10.3±1.0)pg/ml、TNF-α(5.07±1.2)ng/L、MDA(4.5±0.5)nmol/ml、SOD(166.5±18.7)U/L,对照组IL-1(9.7±1.0)pg/ml、IL-8(22.3±9.3)pg/ml、TNF-α(15.3±1.5)ng/L、MDA为(5.9±0.6)nmol/ml、SOD(100.2±16.8)U/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组发生并发症发生率为6.67%,对照组为33.33%,两组并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放射介入治疗产后及异常妊娠子宫出血疗效好,有效稳定氧化应激水平和改善炎症因子表达,安全性高。
Objective To observe the effect of radiotherapy intervention on postpartum and abnormal pregnancy uterine bleeding. Methods Sixty patients with abnormal pregnancy and postpartum uterine bleeding admitted from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group was treated with intrauterine compression method, and the observation group was treated with radiotherapy. The effects of Interleukin-1 (IL-1), Interleukin-8 (IL-8), Interleukin-25 (IL-25) Malondialdehyde (MDA) and Superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured. The complications of two groups were recorded. Measurement data were compared using t test, count data were compared using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The total effective rate was 60.0% in the control group and 93.3% in the observation group, and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of IL-1 (4.4 ± 0.8) pg / ml, IL-8 (10.3 ± 1.0) pg / (166.5 ± 18.7) U / L, respectively. The levels of IL-1 in the control group were 9.7 ± 1.0 pg / ml, 22.3 ± 9.3 pg / ml and 15.3 ± 1.5 ng / (5.9 ± 0.6) nmol / ml and SOD (100.2 ± 16.8) U / L respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (all P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67% and that in the control group was 33.33%. There was significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Radiation intervention treatment of postpartum and abnormal pregnancy, uterine bleeding effect, effective and stable oxidative stress levels and improve the expression of inflammatory cytokines, high safety.
