对DC01、DC05、DC06和B180H2的冷轧深冲板进行单向拉伸试验和制耳试验。单向拉伸试验获得了这些材料的屈服强度、抗拉强度、硬化指数、塑性应变比等力学性能参数;制耳试验得到了不同变形程度下冲杯的制耳高度和制耳率,分析了拉深系数、硬化指数、拉深次数与制耳率的关系;并进一步验算了相关材料在轴对称拉深过程中的修边余量。
Cold-drawn deep drawing boards of DC01, DC05, DC06 and B180H2 were subjected to uniaxial tension test and ear-ear test. The uniaxial tension test obtained the mechanical properties such as yield strength, tensile strength, hardening index and plastic strain ratio of the materials. Ear-making test obtained the ear-making height and the ear-making rate of the cup under different deformation levels. Draw coefficient, hardening index, the number of draws and the relationship between the ear rate; and further verification of the relevant materials in the process of axisymmetric drawing trimming margin.
