有人说,沟通是构架心灵的桥梁。师生之间良好的人际关系是在师生沟通中建立起来的。良好的师生关系应该具备以下的特性:坦白或明朗,彼此诚实不欺诈;关心,彼此都知道自己受对方所重视;独立性,一方不依赖另一方;个体性一方允许另一方发展其独特的个性与创造力;彼此适应对方的需要我把这些理解成师生之间建立的平等,和谐,相互信任的一种关系。平等教师和学生在教学活动中分别代表不同的角色,教师是施教者,学生是受教者。
