近年来脑铁异常沉积作为帕金森病(Parkinson disease,PD)发病机制之一受到广泛关注。应用影像学技术,尤其是MRI技术,对PD的脑结构和功能影像的研究报道较多。其中,尤以针对PD脑铁沉积的研究众多,但目前脑铁在PD中的异常沉积的影像学研究的结论不一致,且脑铁异常沉积在早期诊断PD中是否具有应用价值仍有争议。该文就目前PD中脑铁沉积的影像学研究及脑铁沉积与PD临床相关性研究进行了综述。
In recent years, abnormal brain iron deposition as one of the pathogenesis of Parkinson disease (PD) has received widespread attention. The application of imaging technology, especially MRI technology, PD of the brain structure and function of the image reported more. Among them, there are many researches on PD brain iron deposition, but the current findings of brain MRI abnormalities in PD are inconsistent, and it is still controversial whether brain iron abnormal deposition is valuable in the early diagnosis of PD. This review summarizes the current imaging studies of cerebral iron deposition in PD and the clinical relevance of brain iron deposition and PD.
