在金属冶炼过程中,氮氢氧等气体元素常被吸收在金属中,成为夹杂物残留,这要影响金属的物理性能。因此冶炼过程中对其进行快速准确地测定是必须的。氮的化学法测定虽准确度较高,但分析周期长达40分钟,且有部分试样难溶的问题,炉前配合有困难。我们用已有的进口专用定氢仪进行氢氮联测试验,在保持原仪器定氢技术指标的前提下,氮分析灵敏度达0.0002%;精度为±0.0003%;测量范围为0.0000x~x.x%;周期为4.5分钟。基本满足了冶炼炉前工艺的需要。
