Duncan和March对于组织探索能力与开发能力的研究,带动了后续大量的相关研究,特别是随着环境不确定性的加剧,企业组织是否具备这样两种能力越来越显得重要。但这样的两种能力与企业绩效的关系如何,特别是这两种能力的共同影响与作用的研究非常缺乏。本文基于中国经济转型背景的185家企业样本,通过实证研究证明了两种能力对于企业绩效的显著作用,但是两者的交互作用并没有得到验证。
Duncan and March’s research on organizational exploration ability and development ability has led to a large amount of follow-up related research. Especially with the increasing uncertainty of the environment, it is more and more important for the enterprise organization to possess such two capabilities. However, the relationship between these two capabilities and the performance of enterprises is very scarce, especially the research on the common influence and effect of these two abilities. Based on the sample of 185 enterprises in the context of China’s economic transition, this paper proves that the two capabilities have a significant effect on business performance through empirical research, but the interaction between the two has not been verified.
