当前 ,影响工会突出维护职能有诸多难点 ,解决这些难点需要加强以下工作 :加大工会自身改革的力度 ;完善法律法规 ;提高工会干部素质。 At present, there are many difficulties affecting the trade unions in highlighting their functions. To solve these difficulties, the following tasks need to be strengthened: the reform of the trade unions themselves should be intensified; laws and regulations should be improved; and the quality of trade union cadres should be improved.
