本文报道我院9例先天性胆总管囊肿再手术治疗情况,再手术时发现首次行外引流者腹腔粘连较轻,而首次行内引流术者腹腔粘连较重,再手术操作困难:9例中8例成功地行胆管囊肿切除Roux-en-Y吻合术。建议应以胆管囊肿切除Roux-en-Y吻合术为先天性胆总管囊肿的首选治疗方法,如因各种情况不能行该手术应行外引流术,且二次手术应及早进行,以避免癌变或胆道反复感染的发生。 This article reports nine cases of congenital choledochal cyst reoperation in our hospital.
