利用1.8μm颗粒的色谱柱建立了HPLC法同时测定独活中六种香豆素和一种倍半萜衍生物含量的分析方法.研究结果表明,七种有效成分在线性范围内线性关系良好,回收率在95.8-101.9%范围之内,最低检出限和定量限分别低于0.06和0.14μg/mL;化学计量学的方法(相似度分析和聚类分析)可用于评价不同来源的独活的质量.本项研究验证了多组分含量测定和化学计量学方法联用可用于独活药材的质量控制,为独活药材的质量评价提供了研究手段.
The analytical method was established for simultaneous determination of six coumarins and one sesquiterpenoid derivative in solstice by using 1.8 μm particles.The results showed that the seven active ingredients had a good linearity in the linear range, Rates ranged from 95.8 to 101.9% with a minimum limit of detection and limit of quantitation of less than 0.06 and 0.14 μg / mL, respectively; and chemometric methods (similarity analysis and cluster analysis) were used to assess the quality of independent living from different sources This study demonstrated that the combination of multi-component assay and chemometric method can be used to control the quality of live-medicinal herbs, which provides a research method for the quality evaluation of single-medicinal herbs.
