在泥质田上二年麦-稻-稻定位试验。结果表明,与施用尿素比较,施氯化铵能促进小麦分蘖和干物质积累,增加有效穗数量,但每穗总粒数和实粒数有所降低。适量施用氯化铵还能增加作物对氮素养分的吸收,其氮素利用率比施尿素提高4.3~12.6%。但施氯化按其氮素用量应比施尿素减少1.5kg/亩左右,用量太高容易引起氮素过量,造成后期贪青迟熟,降低作物产量,尤其在气温高,土壤养分释放快的情况下更是如此。
